The undersigned acknowledges that participating in a running tour is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. The undersigned will not participate unless medically able and properly trained and by signing this form certifies that they are in good health and are properly trained. The undersigned assumes all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including heat or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your entry, the undersigned waive and release Night Shift Brewing and the city of Everett from all claims or liabilities of any kind named in this waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures or recordings of any kind for any legitimate purposes.
